As a Trainer in the Customer Support Team, you will develop and implement effective training programs at Zomato.
This will involve assessing our larger customer-facing teams to ensure that our experts have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide company-standard customer service and support.
Job Responsibilities:-
Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure product/service reliability and customer satisfaction
Record and track defects, investigating and resolving issues with cross-functional teams
Provide stakeholders with clear feedback on quality, including defect reports and improvement recommendations
Stay updated on best practices to enhance QA processes
