• Guide and mentor training participants to acquire skills through hands-on, problem solving, case studies and intermediate & capstone projects.
• Analyze Training Needs, Develop Courseware including Case Studies and Conduct Technical Training Programs.
• Ability to bring real project use case scenarios for developing hands-on expertise for training participants.
• Ability to Automate evaluation of hands-on assignments.

• Should have strong technical expertise with hands-on project experience at L2 / Advanced level on  following skills.
• Good knowledge on  Linux kernel Programming, Domain experience in Telecom/Semiconductors/Peripherals/IoT will be an added advantage.
