Job Descriptions:-
Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices; supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs; and building commitment for perspectives and rationales. Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders
Responsibility:-
- Provide support to Business requestors to complete the end-to-end PO request.
- Provide customized support to assist with deadlines and drive reduction of completion times.
- Creation, Modification and closure of Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders in SAP/SAP Ariba.
- Monitoring team Mailbox to provide timely response.
- Timely follow up and support for request throughout the process.
- Respond to customer and internal stakeholder inquiries about PO requests status, changes.
- Identify automation/ improvement opportunities and work at innovating the process.
Required Skills Set:-
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- 0-2 years of work experience in Procure to Pay operations
- Exposure to SAP, Ariba and Coupa would be ideal.
- Proficient in Excel
