Responsibilities:-
Process customer requests in a timely and accurate manner
Communicates with customers through written correspondence
Works with management to set daily priorities to ensure prompt and efficient service
Identifies process improvements to improve efficiencies and streamline processes
Meets individual productivity requirements
Meeting and exceeding client defined service level metrics on timeliness and accuracy
Technical Skills:-
BA, B.Com, B.Sc, BBA graduate from 2020 onwards can apply.
