Job Responsibilities:-
Furnishing Level 1 assistance for predicaments associated with PC clients, encompassing issues encompassing hardware, software, operating systems, printers, and analogous concerns.
Dispensing information pertaining to IT procedures, addressing general “how-to” inquiries, and informing about known service interruptions.
In instances where an issue is reported, meticulous scrutiny is requisite. The Help Desk Analyst is tasked with scrutinizing the symptoms, deducing the root cause, perusing the repository of Knowledge Base directives, delivering a resolution, and meticulously documenting pertinent specifics.
Situations demanding escalated intervention shall be referred to the appropriate Level 2 unit. Furthermore, diligent oversight over the advancement of high-priority tickets is imperative.
Establishing communication and collaboration with Level 2 support teams to ensure the punctual culmination of assignments.
Orchestrating coordination with external vendors such as Dell and Canon for cases entailing hardware complications.
