Job Responsibilities:-
- Gather data from various systems to facilitate inventory availability checks and order entry.
- Perform diverse order management tasks, including order entry and expediting.
- Deliver precise order entry, change order, and detailed telephone support while adhering to call center objectives and goals.
- Handle a substantial volume of product orders via electronic distribution from order entry to shipment to ensure revenue recognition.
- Efficiently manage the entire process of fulfilling customer contracts from Order Entry to Collection using SAP.
- Provide sales support with order management, including order entry and order tracking through SAP.
- Oversee order entry, shipping, fill rate, and product availability for order management purposes.
