Job Descriptions:-

• Support central collation and monitoring of GDS Operational requirements 
• Assist in central co-ordination, tracking, reporting 
• Support in multiple activities in creating stakeholder connect
• Support in coordinating learning, Corporate Responsibility  and wellness initiatives 
• Working on defining matrix-based responsibilities of different functions [ central vs locations]
• Keeping a tab on new things, things which has moving responsibilities [i.e. areas which require coordination between different teams, leading them to close and getting them defined at right place]
• Emphasis on use of technology and data analytics in this job responsibilities
• Other activities that fit in the job summary and purpose of the job.

Job Responsibilities:-

• Freshers can be considered for this role
• Sound knowledge of Financial Institution terminology and AML/Sanction framework
• Good written and spoken English communication skills
• Ability to establish and maintain a high degree of confidentiality & Integrity
• Attention to details is a must
• Decision Making Skills, Team Player
• Expertise in MS office tools – Excel, Power point, Word
• Any other qualification with relevant knowledge and experience
• An awareness of recent global events linked to financial crime and sanctions
• Any relevant AML certification will be a added advantage
• This is a hybrid role.

Eligibility And Required Skills Set:-

• Master Degree/ Bachelors / Under Graduate Degree  in any field or any other qualification with relevant knowledge and attitude to learn and grow
• Prior experience in organizing events and projects (e.g. college events) would be an added plus.
