Job Descriptions:-
- Initially students will be recruited as student trainees and will be prepared on different items and cycle .
- Preparing will include both homeroom and hands on preparing for around a half year . After the conventional preparation , understudies will be put continuously activities and given exposure.
- Students will be under Disciple/NEEM program for initial 12-15 months and in view of execution will be employed into super durable jobs.
- During the preparation time frame ( Initial 12-15 months ) competitors will be paid a payment of INR 15000 to 17000 every month.
- After the preparation period, On the off chance that up-and-comer is chosen for an extremely durable work , they will be a paid a CTC of INR 420,000 + ( contingent upon their experience).
Required Skills Set:-
- B.E./B.Tech. M.E, Electronics & Instrumentation, ICE, Production, Metallurgy, Chemical, Mechatronics, EEE
- who graduated in 2022 only with minimum 65% and above.
- Only two history of arrear allowed. Currently should not be there any backlogs.
- Only Female candidates allowed to apply as this is a diversity hiring Male candidates will not be considered.
- Must have excellent Communication Skills (Oral and Written)
- Positive Attitude.
- Good to have with experience as a GET / NEEM / NAPS/Contract trainee will also be considered .
- Should give Long term commitment.
