Job Responsibilities:-
Supporting the business by coordinating activities across multiple teams to execute events and campaigns for strategic clients, service lines, geographies, and industry groups in Australia.
Collaborating with MCBD/Personal Assistants (PAs)/Partners/Sponsors and other stakeholders as needed.
Updating event lists, managing mailing lists, and fulfilling administrative tasks using Salesforce/Eloqua.
Creating soft copy event invitations and collaborating with MCBD/PA/Partner/Sponsors to ensure the timely and high-quality production of marketing materials.
Providing regular progress updates to Project Sponsors, Partners, and other relevant internal clients.
Eligibility Criteria:-
Bachelor’s degree
Required Skills:-
Exposure to email marketing tools/platforms (such as Eloqua, Marketo, etc.).
Working knowledge of CRM platforms like Salesforce and MS-Dynamics.
Ability to analyze information and present it in a meaningful and concise manner.
Understanding of Marketing automation processes.
Strong relationship building and management skills, along with the ability to develop close working relationships with colleagues.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
