Excellent communication (both written and verbal), presentation & organizational skills
Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical ability
Open to travel to customer sites in India and APAC as required by the project
Open to Work in Shift Timings
Roles & Responsibilities:-
Facilitate and drive effective requirement gathering and configuration mapping workshops.
Train customer resources on solution usage and enable them to be independent
Support customer testing of the solution and address any issues
Deliver high quality customer facing documentation
Contribute to internal knowledge and skill updates .
