Job Responsibilities:-
Define, build, and oversee the execution of transportation processes, spanning from Fulfillment Centers (FC) to customers, while leveraging our Sort Center network.
Take charge of recruitment, training, and the development of a highly motivated workforce for the Sort Center (SC) teams. Collaborate with HR and the training team to meet operational requirements, ensuring a consistent focus on quality and productivity.
Coordinate with Finance, Customer Service (CS), Fulfillment Centers (FC), and Projects teams concerning SC operations.
Continuously enhance the SC process, striving for a sustained level of performance excellence. Initiate improvements to raise quality standards, reduce waste, and eliminate unnecessary tasks.
Analyze data reports to identify performance bottlenecks and drive performance improvements.
Eligibility Criteria:-
Any Bachelor’s degree
Required Skills:-
Proficiency in spoken and written English.
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
