Job Responsibilities:-
The primary responsibility of this role is to enhance the visibility of content on Amazon Prime Video through marketing operations.
The position involves quickly grasping marketing tools and operational workflows. The associate must continuously adapt, learn new program features, and enhance their skills to efficiently edit and rectify content, adhering to editing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to identify errors.
The associate’s tasks also encompass ensuring content quality to enhance the user viewing experience in terms of flow and formatting. They will employ software tools for quality audits, content editing, and data capture.
Familiarity with operational metrics like productivity (number of processed titles per hour), quality (defect percentage), and delivery/latency Service Level Agreements (SLAs) is essential. The associate’s performance will be gauged against compliance with these metrics, SLA requisites, Quality Assurance (QA) guidelines, team and personal objectives.
