Utilize qualitative and quantitative data throughout the product development cycle to gain user and market insights.
Conduct effective A/B experiments to measure the impact of changes and drive product improvement.
Identify crucial product metrics and develop tools and dashboards for continuous tracking.
Analyze usage patterns and develop action plans to drive metrics in a positive direction.
Employ data and analytics to facilitate swift and informed product decisions.
Conduct user research and surveys to gain a deep understanding of user needs and pain points.

A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
Proficiency in SQL (individual contributor role).
Knowledge of fundamental statistical concepts and their application in product analytics.
Ability to approach problem-solving with a structured, data-driven methodology.
A desire to develop expertise in a product role and eventually take ownership of specific product verticals.
Bonus points for up to 1 year of experience in Product, Analytics, and/or Growth roles.
