Job Responsibilities:-

• Analyze revisions received from publishers.
• Categorize and subcategorize errors made by our artists.
• Identify the root cause of problems.
• Engage in continuous review activities.
• Ensure compliance with quality assurance objectives and achieve targets.
• Timely completion of revision analysis and other reports.
• Develop corrective actions for identified root causes.

Eligibility Criteria:-

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work in different shifts.
• Strong analytical and reasoning abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint

Required Skills Set:-

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
