Job Descriptions:-
- PhonePe is looking for employees or consultants on contract basis for a period of 6 – 12 months. The role holder will assist with kick-starting projects in HR Operations. Prior experience in the following is desirable:
- – Employee lifecycle operations (onboarding to offboarding)
- – Process optimization (demonstrated through projects undertaken previously)
- The position is based out of our Bengaluru office & will be required to work from the office. Immediate joiners preferred.

Required Skills Set:-
- You must have completed Bachelor Degree with any stream

- Business analysis skill involves gathering requirements from stakeholders and translating them to valid requirements document in necessary
- Excellent skills in performing large and complex data analysis, data mining, and generating data reports based on requirements
